Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR) is the public policy think tank of the Perak State Government, dedicated to advancing sustainable socio-economic development evidence-based research, strategic advisory, and stakeholder collaboration.

As a catalyst for change, IDR transforms insights into actionable strategies that strengthen policy development, enhance institutional effectiveness, and improve public service delivery. Through rigorous research, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships, we support informed decision-making that contributes to a more resilient, inclusive, and future-ready Perak.
