The Celik Negara Programme is an initiative by Institut Darul Ridzuan aimed at empowering youth by providing a platform for them to share ideas, discuss current issues, and strengthen their leadership potential. The programme encourages young people to actively engage in discussions on social, economic, and political matters while exploring opportunities that can contribute to their personal development and the progress of the state. Through a series of sessions featuring invited speakers and thought leaders, Celik Negara has successfully engaged hundreds of participants and fostered meaningful dialogue among youth in Perak. The programme concluded with Celik Negara Series 5, marking the culmination of three years of discussions, knowledge sharing, and youth engagement aimed at strengthening the role of young leaders in shaping the future of the state.
